Claude Code の /teleport コマンドは Windows では使えない（2026年1月時点）

結論

Windows 版 Claude Code v2.1.1 では /teleport コマンドが使えない。 macOS/Linux への先行リリースと思われるが、公式ドキュメントには明記されていない。

/teleport コマンドとは

Claude Code on the web（リサーチプレビュー）のセッションをローカルの CLI に移動する機能で、v2.1.0 で追加された。

CHANGELOG.md には以下のように記載されている：

Added /teleport and /remote-env slash commands for claude.ai subscribers, allowing them to resume and configure remote sessions

問題の状況

Claude Code on the web は問題なく使えている。

Claude Code Web セッション

ローカルの CLI で /tele と入力しても /teleport が候補に表示されない。

teleport が候補にない

/remote-env（teleport sessions の設定用）は表示されるのに、/teleport 自体がない。

調査内容

環境

  • Windows 11
  • Claude Code v2.1.1
  • Claude Pro Max（$200プラン）

確認したこと

/config

設定画面にも teleport 関連の項目はなし。

config画面

/doctor

診断情報にも teleport に関する情報はなし。

doctor出力

claude --help

claude --help の出力に --teleport オプションが存在しない。これが決定的な証拠となった。

数十行のオプション一覧に --teleport がない。macOS 版にはあるはず。

GitHub Issues の調査

  • teleport 関連のバグ報告は全て platform:macos タグが付いている
  • 「Windows で teleport が使えない」という Issue は見つからなかった
  • Windows ユーザーがこの問題に気づいていないか、そもそも使おうとしていないと思われる

推測される原因

  1. macOS/Linux 先行リリース - 新機能は macOS から展開される傾向がある
  2. 段階的ロールアウト - 全ユーザーに一斉展開ではない可能性
  3. 地域制限 - 日本からのアクセスで制限がある可能性（低い）

Windows で公式に制限されている機能

Windows で使えないと公式に認められている機能を参考に挙げる。

  • Window sharing - アプリ画面を直接チャットに共有（macOS only）
  • Voice input toggle - 音声入力（macOS only）

teleport もこのリストに入るべきだが、ドキュメントには記載がない。

対処法

現時点では待つしかない。

  • claude update で定期的にアップデートを確認
  • claude --help | Select-String teleport で teleport オプションが追加されたか確認
  • GitHub Issues をウォッチして進展を確認

まとめ

  • /teleport は Claude Code on the web のセッションをローカルに移動する機能
  • Windows 版 v2.1.1 では --teleport オプション自体が存在しない
  • macOS 先行リリースの可能性が高いが、公式には明記されていない
  • 有料プラン（Pro Max $200）でも Windows では使えない
